The Honourable Scott Ryan
Scott Ryan served as a Senator for Victoria from 2008-2021, being first elected in 2007 and re-elected in 2013 and 2016. He retired from the Senate, and as Senate President, in October 2021.
During his time in the Senate, he served in various ministerial offices including Parliamentary Secretary for Education & Training, Assistant Cabinet Secretary, Minister for Vocational Education and Skills and Special Minister of State and Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Cabinet.
From November 2017 until October 2021, he served as 25th President of the Senate.
