August 1, marks a month since the introduction of the carbon tax. The past 31 days have vindicated the Coalition’s campaign against the carbon tax as a bad tax that will hurt families and small businesses. The real proof though, is still a few months away, as power bills for the winter quarter – the first carbon tax quarter – start to land in letter boxes.
